Return policy
Springdrops backdrops are custom made. The canvas that we use is a natural product which in itself means that there may be minor flaws, fold marks and so on.
This of course has its charm and adds character, but it is something to consider before you buy.
If you are unhappy with your backdrop, you can return it within 7 days for a refund – unless specified otherwise when you ordered.
